Please be aware of our number one rule -
NO GLASS.
This applies to every festival and event held at Dashville.Broken glass does not breakdown over time and is the number one cause of injuries on the property, so please, DO NOT BRING ANY GLASS. If you want to bring a bottle of wine or spirits, please decant into a plastic or metal container.
We appreciate your cooperation.

Companion & Therapy animals are not permitted at any Dashville events.
Patrons with Accredited Assistance Dogs are welcome and able to bring their dogs to Dashville, however you will just need to show verification at the gate upon entry.
Assistance animals need to be micro-chipped and registered in NSW.
We will require documentation showing that the assistance animal has been registered with the handler’s local Council and has an assistance animal permit.

Dashville welcomes patrons with a disability and aims to improve the site and experience each year.
The arena gently undulates and is easy to navigate, especially now that we have put wheelchair friendly paths in around the site.
PARKING - Designated Disabled Parking located close to main entry.
TOILETS - Accessible toilets located strategically around the site.
CARERS - Dashville honours the Companion Card system, please reach out mail@dashville.com.au

ASSISTANCE DOGS - We happily permit the use of accredited Assistance Dogs at Dashville. If you are bringing your Assistance Dog, please respect other patrons by cleaning up after your dog.

We have a large block of private shower cubicles and flushing toilets to cater to the needs of all campers and there are always a sufficient number of portaloos within the arena and campgrounds.

No. There is no dump point at Dashville. The closest is at Branxton a short 15 minute drive away.

Yes, there is drinking water on site but as we run on tank water, there is not an endless supply.
Please bring your own water and refill here if necessary.
Please, DO NOT fill your caravans with our water, fill up before you get here. -
No.
Best to stock up on your way in. Nearest ice suppliers are 15 minutes way, in Branxton and Huntlee or 20 minutes away in Singleton. -
Phone reception for texting and calls is fine at Dashville. But, in regards to the internet on your phone, reception can be a little fussy. However, based on feedback from punters at previous events, internet reception is often available at Dashville. But don’t hold us to it…

Being in the bush, we do have issues with the internet dropping out and will sometimes have to go into CASH ONLY SALES. Please bring cash with you, just in case.

No personal fires in the campground.
Do not bring firewood.
We are bound by State fire restrictions, and the campground and surrounding areas are very much dense bushland.
We generally have communal fires inside the arena…of course, this all depends on the weather conditions and current fire restrictions. -
Small generators are permitted but please be respectful of your fellow patrons in regards to noise. Switch off the genny when others are trying to sleep.

As Dashville celebrates music and culture, we expect campers to inevitably throw on some tunes in their respective camp areas. We simply ask that you be respectful and keep it to a reasonable volume where your tunes aren’t what everyone is listening to.
We have a strict midnight curfew and there should be no excessive noise or music played in the campground after that time.
Failure to comply will have you removed from the site with zero chance of ever returning.
Don’t be that guy/girl. -
You are allowed to bring gas bottles, but only if they are in service date.
