The run down on Nundle Rocks…

Friday 22nd, Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th January 2027.

It’s become Dashville’s unofficial summer vacation….akin to a musical retreat.

A proper good hang full of great live music and relaxing, that happens 40mins east of Tamworth, amongst the quaint mountain village of Nundle, with its cafe, pub, caravan park, swimming pool, wool store and mountainous gold mining history... ohh, and beautifully air conditioned Memorial Arts Hall.

There’s been some pretty special moments over the last few years. Last year we trialled some live recording of the sets and as it goes on a shoestring, we actually managed to capture some gold up there in them hills, which we can’t wait to share with you soon, ahead of another bumper chapter in 2027.

So please, sort your accommodation out and come join us for an amazing three days of live music. Come one day or come for the whole thing.

We truly can’t wait to get back up there and enjoy it with those who can make it along.

All shows held at the Nundle Memorial Hall are ticketed and BYO, with some food available for purchase.  Generally commencing from midday Friday, Saturday and Sunday and running until late, Nundle welcomes music enthusiasts into town for a special weekend of alternative country music at the central Nundle School of Arts Memorial Hall.

Heading into it’s 5th year, the revamped Nundle Rocks concert series, orchestrated by the good folk at Dashville, rekindles the glory of the original concept of Nundle Rocks, which emerged over a decade ago, as a desirable haven for alternative country music fans looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Peel St.

In 2027, as this idyllic mountain village grows in its embrace of this wholesome event, it’s safe to say various other activities will pop up around the town throughout this period, making it the perfect destination for a magical musical weekend away up in the cooler mountains of Kamilaroi country.

Limited to 200 tickets daily, pre-sale ticket registration for Nundle Rocks is Sept 16 2026.
